RAVI PRAKASH Ji is the man behind SAMARPAN FOUNDATION TRUST.

RAVI JI served the society as Pracharak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh world’s biggest cultural organisation known as RSS for more than 10 years.

During those days Ravi ji looked closely Leprosy affected people and their problems. Society’s attitude towards them and the pain they feel physically and mentally due to the social stigma and ignorance.

Then Ravi ji decided to dedicate his rest of the life to serve these deprived people.

On his 25th birthday 16 march 1997, He started this noble cause of humanity service in the holy city “HARIDWAR. He started dressing of lepers by his naked hand and provide some essential medicines by consulting his known doctors.

During this period he was living with the lepers in their hut to feel their pain and also to aware the society about mis-conceptions about Leprosy.

While Serving  in Haridwar, He came to know about Asia’s largest Leprosy Colony TAHIRPUR In India’s capital city Delhi.

In the year 2005, he moved to Tahirpur, to serve the Leprosy affected people at one of the largest leprosies affected Colony in Asia.

He founded Samarpan Foundation Trust in the year 2008 on 25th September to work further with a vision to alleviate Leprosy from India
